Scripture for the day: Exodus 2:2

And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months.

MESSAGE FOR THE DAY: People who are afraid to try because they are afraid to fail are not qualified to succeed. From our passage, the king had made a decree that all male children be killed but when this woman delivered her own, she hid him for 3 months and when she couldn't hide him anymore, made a basket and put him by the river and the daughter of Pharoah saw him and had compassion. She ended up paying the mother to take care of the child for her. Your faith must be audacious enough to challenge negativity. I wonder how many women must have lost their sons to this decree but a woman decided to challenge the king's decree and she ended up being paid to nurse her own child. Stop accepting negative reports, you can decide your fate through your faith. The mother was ready to risk it all for her child, who knows what would be done to her if she was discovered but she didn't care, she wasn't ready to carry a child for 9 months only to lose it because it was a boy. Her audacious faith was why Moses was preserved. Having a boy was a bad news at that point but she decided her own will not be called a bad news. If she was weak and fearful, Moses wouldn't have made it and we won't even know that he was the saviour of Isreal from Egypt.

Your faith must challenge your case. Don't settle for every negative report. While other women cried bitterly upon seeing a boy, this woman had a mindset, I won't let my son die without trying. You can never know the outcome if you do not try, stop accepting negativity as the only possibility. She no longer had to train her child secretly because her faith had given her wages for nursing her child. There are levels to faith, make sure yours is strong enough to move the mountain.* While do you always sit in negativity, who said it is impossible when you never tried. Do not let the devil speak fear into you. Fear cripples possibilities. Faith is audacious, faith doesn't harbour fear. Every time you fear, the devil is taking charge. Faith is God's atmosphere of possibility, fear is the devil's atmosphere of operation. Decree and declare, I refuse to be afraid, I refuse to be limited, it is possible for me, I won't struggle to have results.

PRAYER:

Father, thank you for grace. Help us stand against negativity until it becomes positivity for us in Jesus precious Name
