Dear family and friends
I greet you in the mighty name of Jesus
What an amazing God we serve!
Such a wonderful Father!
If only we could have the full revelation of all God has done for us and all he has available to us - we would rejoice and thank him every step of the way.
As I began to pray and think of the goodness of God in the wee hours of the morning. I began to glorify him as I looked at how radically he has changed my life. I am especially grateful that God has caused me to overcome lack and poverty. I was born in a third World country where many live below the poverty line.
For the first six years of my life I lived with my grandparents in a rural area in Jamaica, we were so poor we did not even have an inside toilet, the type of facility used was called a pit latrine.
I look back now and I understand what God did as he chose me from the womb - to speak to nations and encourage many. He gave me the capacity and ability to overcome lack and poverty of any kind - he made me a generous giver. He made a way for me to overcome, to be effective and to give him glory. He just doesn't remove some things at birth, but he causes us to overcome, for it is in the overcoming, that we receive the anointing.
All of us reading this message want to make a difference for God, please understand to have any effect for the Kingdom one has got to have a servants' heart ONE MUST BE A GIVER. Do you know this cannot be feigned and you cannot pretend? Your fruit will be evident if you are connected to God’s heart and his Spirit.
I pray that God will give us knowledge and understanding as the ways of the world are different from the ways of the Kingdom - I titled the message NEVER WITHOUT, as God has given us the way to never be without. If you lack in any area - then begin to give, it will be sacrificial at first but God will truly honour and reward your faithfulness and obedience. Giving IS an act of faith and obedience especially when you give sacrificially ie. just because God says you should. However, I must say this don't give because you want to force God's hand or you want something back, give because you want to please God's heart. Give because you have a made-up mind to be a blessing. God truly loves a cheerful giver.
It is amazing that you can even change your tomorrow's beginning right here and right now by simply sowing a seed. Every action you take today and every word spoken is a seed sown into your tomorrows. That is why we don’t give scraps but we give our best because we recognise our giving is unto the Lord.
When you become aware of this you will begin to live differently.
There are generational benefits too that come as a result of your giving
Psalm 37:25
I have been young, and now am old;
Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken,
Nor his descendants begging bread
I have a made up mind I will give even more. I want to give and dedicate my time, my talent and my money unto God. He is worthy of my best and I must honour and glorify him in everything I do.
I pray my friends you will give and give and give - your life will become so fulfilled and enriched.
I pray such abundance will come upon you from the seeds sown in the past and I pray that that God will bless you good measure pressed down shaken together and running as you give, Give to the Lord
Amen
Walk good in Christ
Till we meet again
