Inspiration

I just don’t know….

The topic of this inspiration is a reflection of how I am feeling. I just don’t know! I considered to myself, am I qualified to write God’s word? Paul said in 2 Corinthians 10:4, “for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling of strong holds.”

The topic of chapter 10 in Corinthians is called Paul’s spiritual authority. Spiritual authority is Heavenly power given to us by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All this was made possible through His blood that was shed on Calvary’s Cross. Jesus made sure that, this authoritative power was not just with us but in us, through the Holy Spirit.

In the Greek, authority is exousia meaning; the right to use the power God has given to us. This divine power is made available for leadership, the family, and personal spiritual warfare. “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed, we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed,” 2 Corinthians 4:8-9.

Authority: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me,” Philippians 4:13. 1 Samuel 30:6, “and David was greatly distressed, for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God. I pray these words will convict and truly help someone today, in Jesus Mighty Name. I didn’t know what the Lord wanted me to write, but He came through. That’s the reason behind the topic.
