God of all Generations: Redeemer of Time, Restorer of Destinies by Pastor Samson Bodjor

Title: “God of All Generations: Redeemer of Time, Restorer of Destiny”

Text: Joel 2:25-27

"And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten..."

INTRODUCTION

My friend, no matter your age—20, 40, 60, or 80—God has a plan for your life. There is a God who sees across generations, heals what time has destroyed, and releases destiny help in every season of life.

We live in a time when:

Young people are confused about purpose and identity.

Middle-aged people are burdened by regrets and broken dreams.

Older adults feel forgotten, like time has passed them by.

But today, hear this loud and clear: God has not forgotten you! He is the God of Abraham (old), Isaac (middle-aged), and Jacob (young).

He is the God of all generations, and He restores what was lost!

HIGH POINTS

1. God Sees the Pain of Every Generation

Psalm 90:1 — “Lord, you have been our dwelling place in all generations.”

God sees the silent tears of mothers, the silent struggles of youth, and the silent fears of the aged.

Whatever age you are, your life matters. You are not an accident of history!

Declare: “God sees me! I am not invisible to heaven.”

2. God Restores Lost Years (Joel 2:25)

You may feel you've wasted years in addiction, wrong relationships, delay, or ignorance.

But God says, “I will restore!”

What took 10 years to build, God can restore in 1 year.

Restoration is not a replay of old seasons. It’s a supernatural upgrade of your destiny!

Declare: “My destiny is being restored! My time is not wasted!”

3. God Raises New Generational Voices

In every generation, God raises people to be standard-bearers—voices of revival, purity, innovation, and hope.

Young David was a shepherd, but God used him to shake nations.

Ruth was a widow, but she became the mother of kings.

You may think you are too young or too old, but God uses available hearts, not perfect pasts.

Declare: “I am a voice in my generation. I am not too late or too early!”

PRACTICAL ACTIONS

1. Reignite Your Faith: Stop mourning over wasted years—God still has a plan.

2. Speak Life Over Your Family: Begin to declare restoration over your children, marriage, and future.

3. Submit to God's Process: God is not just interested in blessing you—He wants to heal and prepare you.

4. Be the Fire for Your Generation: Whether you're 16 or 60, God can use you for revival.

PRAYER

Heavenly Father, You are the God of all generations. I surrender my past, my pain, and my potential to You. Restore my years, repair my story, and raise me to become a voice in my generation. Let Your fire burn in me, and let my life bring glory to You, in Jesus precious Name 🙏
