Scripture for the day: Genesis 18:14

Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

MESSAGE FOR THE DAY: To doubt the possibilities of God is to lack knowledge of who God is. Our text says is there anything too hard for the Lord? When I see believers doubting miracles, I weep for this generation, it is only a revelation of our shallow depths in God. From the passage, the angels who came to visit Abraham told him, he will have a son and Sarah laughed, she doubted, she scoffed at them. Many of us today are like Sarah, we doubt everything. That it hasn't happened to you doesn't make it impossible and doubting it will certainly exclude you from its possibility. Sarah had every reason to doubt because according to science, they were too old for it but who created science? who made the heavens and earth? Be careful not to allow too much knowledge affect your faith. Don't doubt like Sarah, nothing is impossible with God. This is why it is important to encounter God, Abraham already encountered God who told him you will have your son, so he was relaxed in faith because He already encountered God, the angel's words were just a confirmation of the prophecy.

You must know this God you serve or the world will cripple your faith. A lot of us doubt every miracle we see online but I ask you a question, have you read your bible? Or do you think the God of the bible is not the same with us? Did you read of Daniel? Did you read of Esther? Did you read of angels visiting and appearing to men. We lack encounters because we doubt encounters. When we hear of encounters, instead of positioning to receive, we position to criticise. You can never partake of the grace you criticise. Even if the story doesn't look good to you, don't doubt what God can do. People cannot always tell a story the way it happens, sometimes in a haste to say all, we miss the most important details. Have you not finished a narration and wish you could change a few things you said? Narratives may not be properly aligned but nothing is impossible to God. He breaks the protocols of men without permission. Do not put a limit in your mind for what God can do. He can do more than you can ask or think. Don't doubt in the dark what God has said in the light! Jesus is alive!

Prayer:

Father, thank you for grace. Deliver us from unbelief, may we not cheat ourselves by doubting miracles, deliver us from anything crippling our faith in Jesus precious Name
