📖 Romans 14:12
“So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.”
One of the greatest truths many people avoid thinking about is this:
Life is temporary — accountability is eternal.
A day is coming when titles will fade, crowds will disappear, and social media applause will mean nothing. On that day, you will stand before God — not as a group, not as a family, not as a church member — but as an individual soul.
You will not answer for your neighbor. You will not answer for your pastor. You will not answer for society.
You will give account of yourself.
Every decision. Every opportunity. Every word spoken. Every soul you influenced. Every calling ignored or obeyed.
God is not only a loving Father — He is also a righteous Judge.
Many people live as if God does not see, but Scripture reminds us that heaven keeps records. The question is not whether judgment will come; the question is:
Are you living ready?
This verse is not meant to scare you — it is meant to awaken you.
It calls us to:
Live intentionally.
Walk in obedience.
Forgive quickly.
Serve faithfully.
Pursue God sincerely.
Your life is a seed, and eternity is the harvest.
Today is another chance to realign your heart with God.
Do not wait for tomorrow to take God seriously. Do not postpone repentance. Do not delay purpose.
Because one day, you will stand before Him — and your greatest desire will be to hear:
✨ “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
🙏 Prayer Lord, help me to live with eternity in view. Purify my heart, guide my choices, and let my life count for Your glory in Jesus’ Name.
Prophetic Reminder Live today in a way that tomorrow’s judgment will reward — not regret.
Amen
