What is Life about?

Good morning Beloved

Let us stop today and think about L-I-F-E.

What is it all about?

To answer this question, let us first understand why we were created. We were created for God’s glory and when we discover God as Abbah Father that becomes a beautiful not restrictive thing - TO LIVE FOR GOD'S GLORY.

Let us go back to the original question

What is Life about?

What is our Focus each day?

What is our Priority each day?

Let us remember that Life is a journey.

A time of preparation for Eternity.

L - Living

I - In

F - Focus (being Prepared) For

E - Eternity

Let us ask God to keep us focused on what is really important - Living to glorify God each day, growing to be more Christ-like, being effective Ambassadors for increasing the Kingdom and preparing to spend eternity with God. Imagine this the full journey of our Life is as one drop of water in a whole bowl full of water - the bowl of water would of course represent eternity.

With this in mind we come to a place of recognising that we need not be anxious for anything and especially not about acquiring or accumulating material things and Wordly positions and power.

Mark 8:34 - 38

34 Jesus called the crowd together with His disciples, and said to them, “If anyone wishes to follow Me [as My disciple], he must deny himself [set aside selfish interests], and [e]take up his cross [expressing a willingness to endure whatever may come] and follow Me [believing in Me, conforming to My example in living and, if need be, suffering or perhaps dying because of faith in Me]. 35 For whoever wishes to save his life [in this world] will [eventually] lose it [through death], but whoever loses his life [in this world] for My sake and the gospel’s will save it [from the consequences of sin and separation from God]. 36 For what does it benefit a man to gain the whole world [with all its pleasures], and forfeit his soul? 37 For what will a man give in exchange for his soul and eternal life [in God’s kingdom]? 38 For whoever is ashamed [here and now] of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels.”

With all the "signs" surrounding us, it is clear that we are living in the end-times as Prophesied by the Bible. The word of God is being unfolded line by line by line. Just today I read that the Ethiopian Jews are now migrating to Israel in preparation to witness the red heifer sacrifice. After this sacrifice the Third Temple will be built. I pray the Lord will give us all Revelation of the times we are in.

Let us be prepared for the Second-Coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

I believe in the Pre -Tribulation Rapture, some believe in Mid-Trib Rapture and there are even some others who believe in Post-Trib Rapture. Whatever we believe let us be ready, prepare ourselves daily and make ourselves available to reach as many for Christ.

May our confession be as Paul the Apostle confessed.

Phillipians 1:21a

For to me, to live is Christ [He is my source of joy, my reason to live]

Amen

May we continue to

Walk Good in Christ

Till we meet again
