Forgiveness - The place where you bless your enemies

Forgiveness is truly the place where you can bless your enemies.

What was the ultimate sacrifice? Jesus hung on the cross, not just for those who were good or those who deserved goodness

John 3:16

For God so loved THE WORLD, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life

I guarantee you for the weight of the glory one carries and the level of the anointing one inherits - to cross over to that particular level many times one will be tested in how we forgive.

Hear me today - FORGIVENESS IS SIMPLY, LETTING GO AND LETTING GOD. It is a refusal to demand justice but instead leaving it to God to do what he wills.

Many of us have "held" on to past wrongs, when look what may have happened to the other person, they repented, forgot about it and may have grown so far ahead in God.

While you may have remained stuck, holding on to that particular hurt and pain.

I could write on and on about this subject but just this little snippet today.

I will use this reference

Matthew 18

21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times?

22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

23 Therefore is the kingdom of heaven likened unto a certain king, which would take account of his servants.

24 And when he had begun to reckon, one was brought unto him, which owed him ten thousand talents.

25 But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.

26 The servant therefore fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

27 Then the lord of that servant was moved with compassion, and loosed him, and forgave him the debt.

28 But the same servant went out, and found one of his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.

29 And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

30 And he would not: but went and cast him into prison, till he should pay the debt.

31 So when his fellowservants saw what was done, they were very sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.

32 Then his lord, after that he had called him, said unto him, O thou wicked servant, I forgave thee all that debt, because thou desiredst me:

33 Shouldest not thou also have had compassion on thy fellowservant, even as I had pity on thee?

34 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses.

Please my dear friends if you are in torment (replaying this whole matter that caused you pain over and over again) today IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT FORGIVEN

I cannot put this in a pretty way...because some of you have lost your way. You no longer have God's power indwelling you and you wonder why?

ONE IS FORGIVEN WITH THE SAME MEASURE YOU FORGIVE.

Matthew 6:12 Amplified

‘And forgive us our [g]debts, as we have forgiven our debtors [letting go of both the wrong and the resentment].

What did Jesus do for us?

He forgave the unforgivable,

Shouldn't we do the same for others

I implore you today, LET IT GO AND LET GOD.

Your healing will begin when you forgive

My dear friends no matter how another person may say they are sorry for hurting you

Only God can heal you, restore your soul and blot out the pain of that experience from your heart, it begins with letting go and surrendering that matter to him.

Freedom comes from forgiving

If you don't let go of the matter, it remains in the faculty of your soul - the place that controls your thoughts, feelings and choices and also the place where memories are held. That particular issue will therefore replay over and over again from the place of our conscious, semi and subconscious mind....affecting our output of love and ultimately our relationship with others. Please forgive today

God is glorified when we forgive

Ref

Matthew 6

27 “But I say to you who hear [Me and pay attention to My words]: [h]Love [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for] your enemies, [make it a practice to] do good to those who hate you, 28 bless and show kindness to those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29 Whoever [i]strikes you on the cheek, offer him the other one also [simply ignore insignificant insults or losses and do not bother to retaliate—maintain your dignity]. Whoever takes away your coat, do not withhold your shirt from him either. 30 Give to everyone who asks of you. [j]Whoever takes away what is yours, do not demand it back. 31 Treat others the same way you want them to treat you. 32 If you [only] love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. 33 If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. 34 If you lend [money] to those from whom you expect to receive [it back], what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners expecting to receive back the same amount. 35 But love [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for] your enemies, and do good, and lend, [k]expecting nothing in return; for your reward will be great (rich, abundant), and you will be sons of the Most High; because He Himself is kind and gracious and good to the ungrateful and the wicked. 36 Be merciful (responsive, compassionate, tender) just as your [heavenly] Father is merciful.

I implore you today

Walk away from the past

Past wounds, hurt, pain and wrongs

Walk in freedom

Because those shackles and strongholds will be broken when we forgive

Walk good in Christ
