Sin is a word that has become offensive to millions in today's world.
How did we get this far? And when did the respect of God fade from our world?
It was not overnight that the above became normal it gradually started and increased until it became out of control.
The music we listen to, the television, the movies, the written and
electronic media, the internet, all add to the rapid erosion of godly moral and ethical
standards. These standards condone and promote openness to sin which added fuel to the flames of ungodliness
Opposition towards godliness also grew in the schools, the universities, the colleges by
secular teachers and atheist professors some professional athletes and actors, igniting
the sparks toward rejection of traditional Bible beliefs.
In addition - Governments changing and passing new laws turn sin into a forest fire
through legalisation.
Today the fear of God is far removed from the mind and hearts of many in our society.
The population follows blindly sinning and engaging in sinfull lifestyles and
behaviours.
The mere mention or preaching of sinfulness and the biblical consequences to anyone who does not repentant and ask God for forgiveness of their SIN is ridiculed and scoffed at
I have seen and experienced first hand aggressiveness towards Christians, when we point out the consequences of sin and one's eternal separation from God.
I recall multiple churches, mega churches feeding their flocks with itching ears
prosperity messages that is gobbled up in the greed for materialism, name it and claim
it.
Scripture clearly indicates that God hates sin and that he will punishment all sin on the day of judgement when compassion will be taken away from the earth. Even now many are facing the consequences of their choices, without recognizing it is God's judgement hand upon them.
God will be judge and jury over his creation.
all generations past and present will stand before him to give account of their actions
and sins.
I encourage preachers, evangelists, prophets and pastors to proclaim the true gospel of Jesus Christ without fear or favour, which is the undiluted word of God.It is not God's
will for anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (1 Peter 3:9
