Live to Give, Give to Live

Updated: Aug 13

Good morning dearly beloved

In counselling and mentoring someone this last week, I pronounced a blessing upon them for the service they are rendering to myself and Walk good in Christ.

The Spirit of the Lord came upon me as I gave them encouragement and strategy as to how to transition from the waiting season that they are currently in, into the season of fruitfulness.

It became so clear how God moved me from the season of waiting into the season of fruitfulness: During waiting season, my faith was stretched greatly as I was tested again and again and again. There were great demands made at that time to give and it was sacrificial - I honestly didn't have to give, but just because God prompted me to - I gave profusely of my time, my talent and my money.

When God tells you to give, he is setting you up for a blessing. Giving (especially sacrificially) is an act of faith and obedience.

I can certainly testify I have had increase as a result of being obedient to all God said I was to do

So my advise to you my friends is

LIVE EACH DAY TO GIVE

GIVE EACH TO LIVE

(The life more abundantly)

It is certainly how we will mirror God's love and influence many for Christ.

Just give and give and give more

THE FULFILLED LIFE IS TRULY WHERE ONE IS A CONDUIT FOR GOD’S BLESSINGS TO MANKIND.

The place of full conversion is where one

allows God to change the heart to be filled with Agape love. When Peter had an encounter with the Resurrected Christ (after he had denied him 3 times) he was asked the same amount of times in John 21 - Peter do you love me and each time Peter responded yes - the charge was given, to feed my sheep (giving and serving)

It IS automatic one will become a giver and will have such a deep desire to serve others when we have come to the place of full conversion and our hearts are filled with Agape love.

What did Jesus spend his days doing? Giving to and serving others.

That is what love does.

Love is different from religion.

Matthew 22:34 to 40

34 Now when the Pharisees heard that He had silenced (muzzled) the Sadducees, they gathered together. 35 One of them, a lawyer [an expert in Mosaic Law], asked Jesus a question, to test Him: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 And Jesus replied to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 The second is like it, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself [that is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for others].’ 40 The whole Law and the [writings of the] Prophets depend on these two commandments.”

I challenge you today, ask God to change your heart and deliver you from the holding on too tightly. What makes the difference for Christ is not what you accumulate and hold on to (because you can't take it with you anyway) .....it is what you give that makes a real difference in this world

Now there are some benefits from being a giver.

Givers will never be without

And if they don't have it's a test into something greater

Giving breaks poverty and lack in any given area of your life

I pray for changed lives for everyone reading this message. That God will give you giving hearts and cause you to dilligently serve God and others. Go and make that difference in Jesus name. Truth is if you give nothing, you will receive nothing.

The Life more Abundantly is founded on Principles of Giving. I pray God will give you revelation of this

Amen

Walk good in Christ

Till we meet again
