Leaving 2025 behind

“Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus,” Philippians 3:13-14.

I wish you a very Happy and a God centered 2026, in Jesus’ Mighty Name. 2025 is finished, it’s behind us, never to return, so we press. We press towards God’s will for our lives for 2026. This pressing, excites an eagerness for the future. It stimulates a child-like prerogative that’s produced through faith. We press toward that which God has for us.

Saints, there is a higher calling, a greater purpose, more revelation and much learning in this year. This is the mark, our aim and the prize is the reward. Our aim must be identical to Christ in order to achieve the high calling. “…. I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus,” vs. 12.

Let us not be oblivious, there will be obstacles, impediments, distractions and hinderances but God is able. In Isaiah 41:10, God says, “fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

I pray we will look forward to 2026 with great expectation and leave 2025 behind.
