I will not be moved by Minister Owen Mitchell

I will not be moved

My beloved brothers and sisters, take a serious look at this declaration. I will not be moved! “And Moses said unto the people, fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever,” Exodus 14:13.

Are there any Egyptians in your life? My message to you today is, do not move, “…. The battle is the Lord’s, ….,” 1 Samuel 17:47. Because of the enslavement and the terrible treatment the Israelites received from the Egyptians, fear overcame them. Can you imagine being hunted by the fiercest army? Jamaicans would say, “mi dead now,” only to receive a word from God saying; I got this, fear ye not.

Egyptians means the bondage, oppression, turmoil, persecution and temptations we face daily. When this happens, frustration, fear and anxiety kicks in. This leads to depression, that causes physical ailments. God is asking us today to trust Him and witness His power to save and deliver. The Red Sea experience was beyond human imagination, there is such an experience awaiting us.

God is available today to take us through the storms of life but we have to trust Him. Let us replace our fears with faith in Him and He will see us through. “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season, his leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper,” Psalm 1:3.

God Bless.
