Good morning friends

Do we really understand these situations as God's children?

Suffering

The Valley experiences

The wilderness experience

I thought and I prayed long and hard and then there was revelation.

Do we shield our children from falling as they learn to walk? Absolutely not.

We may try to protect them as best as we can but they will definitely fall.

We help them up but as they grow older and older, they learn to walk on our own.

So it is the Father is there for us all through life's experiences.

He is never far away, he is always close by - holding, keeping, helping, leading, guiding.

AND when we cry out our good Father will be our refuge and fortress, a very present help in trouble.

Perhaps that is the area of your faith that needs purifying. You just can't see God as being a Good Father, because you measure him by your old experiences.

I pray God will cause you to have such a deep encounter with him, because when you do, your roots will grow deep in his love and you will become steadfast and unmovable.

Religion teaches one to be ritualistic praying to a remote God who requires just sacrifice.

When you discover Yahweh, Jehovah, Adonai in a deep intimate way your life will never be the same. I can testify. There is no going back for me.

Please may we come away from the teachings that we should be invincible and always "happy clappy" if we are Christians. The truth is we will never be exempt from suffering as long as we live on the earth, but it makes all the difference in the world when you walking through the fire with God holding your hands or carrying you through. It makes all the difference being IN HIM.

Such a wonderful Father.

I pray for you today for you to experience the depth and height of his amazing love.
