Equal worth, Different roles - One Kingdom Purpose by Pastor Samson Bodjor

TEXT: 📖 “There is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.” — Galatians 3:28 (KJV)

In the Kingdom of God, men and women are equally valuable, equally significant, and equally called to serve God’s purposes—though their roles may differ according to calling, gifting, grace, and assignment.

God has never designed Kingdom leadership to be a competition between men and women. It is a partnership of grace.

Men can lead.

Women can lead.

Men can teach.

Women can teach.

Men can serve.

Women can serve.

Both can influence, build, nurture, disciple, pray, give, and advance the Kingdom.

Different does not mean inferior. Equal does not necessarily mean identical.

The question is not, “Who is more important?”

The question is, “How can I faithfully fulfil the assignment God has entrusted to me?”

📖 “For as we have many members in one body… so we, being many, are one body in Christ.” — Romans 12:4–5

When men honour women, and women honour men; when each person recognises the grace upon the other, the Kingdom becomes stronger, healthier, and more fruitful.

We are not rivals in the Kingdom. We are co-labourers in the harvest.

🙏 PRAYER:

Father, thank You for the grace You have placed upon every man and woman. Help us to discover our assignments, honour one another, and serve faithfully without competition or comparison. Let every gift, calling, and leadership grace find expression for Your glory. Raise men and women who will build, lead, serve, and advance Your Kingdom with humility, wisdom and excellence. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Serve your assignment. Honour one another. Advance the Kingdom.
