All things (even opposition) works for our good and God's glory

I am truly honoured to write on this topic of

Knowing your Ministry and Fulfilling it.

This Teaching will be done for about 4 weeks. This is part III of the teaching.

The next step after hearing from God what your ministry and fulfilling it is - you have got to have a vision. After vision you have got to stand in faith and know how to deal with opposition.

It is fact the greater the vision is the greater the opposition.

Opposition if viewed and managed correctly will only drive us to depend on God more and more and to persist more.

We realise where the opposition comes from and whose we are.

We live from the perspective of

"All things are working for our good and God's glory" Amen

Therefore even when challenged with opposition we stand steadfast because no matter how difficult it may seem or how long we wait - God will not only turn it around for his glory but he will, restore in proportion to the waiting season

Make up your minds you will not be moved by opposition.

So what form does opposition take, it can sometimes come from the most unexpected places - Do not be blindsided by the enemy. He will not take us by surprise and wound us....we need to be watchful and prayer at all times even while enjoying seasons of refreshing and victory. Be prepared, be in readiness for the battle.

Where does the opposition come from?

Sometimes our very own trusted family members and friends.

Sometimes we may even come against the Spirits of Saul, Pharaoh and Jezebel in leadership figures.

Remember our battle at all times is spiritual and never physical, so one should never use carnal weapons. We win these battles by continuing in humility and being peace makers. God will give us the wisdom and strategy to deal with these situations.

Recognize too that any opposition is an assignment from the enemy to try to hinder, delay or block your destiny. So it makes no sense stopping along the way to your final destination and fighting unnecessary battles. Keep your eyes fixed and focused on God and hone out all he says everyday.

Set your face as flint, stand flat footed - do not be moved by anything along the journey. Do all that God says. Each day your responsibility is to hone out what God said and to move forward in accomplishing this vision. Please remember it is all about honing out God's vision for your life. He already planned your days so you could finish well and live the life more abundantly. You now need to Abide in him and move out of that place of abiding. Every decision, every action, every choice ask God with these simple words - "Lord lead me and guide me every step of the way, I surrender all to you, let your perfect not permissive will be done in Jesus name"
