A Fresh Encounter with God

Have you ever been in need of a fresh encounter with God? You take a glance around and you are faced with the reality of life’s perplexities. The question then becomes, what is fake from what is truth? We are all engulfed in the growing insurgence of AI and its capabilities. Do these experiences have you yearning for a fresh encounter with God? A personal and very intimate encounter that will solidify your beliefs and increase your faith? An encounter with The Way, The Truth and The Life?

Is your life 100% surrounded by truth? I made a call to a phone company the other day, only to hear a voice on the other line introducing herself. The voice was AI and she said I am adoptable, just tell me what you need. What percentage of your life is dependable? Because of life’s lack of dependency, do you feel the need for a fresh encounter with God?

Jeremiah 29:12-13 says, “then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” An encounter with God is personal, purposeful, transformative and goes beyond rituals and traditions. A fresh encounter offers a fresh perspective on what is true. It reiterates who is truly in-charge, true righteousness and renews our intimacy with our Lord and Savior.

Verse 14 says, “and I will be found of you, saith the Lord, ….” A fresh encounter is based on our persistence in seeking, in praying, in reading His word and in worship. When was the last time you had a fresh encounter?
