Health and Healing is your portion

Good morning Beloved

It is God’s good will for us to have health and healing

Many of us stay in the place of being sick diseased and infirmed because we accept it.

We were conditioned to believe first thing you do when not feeling well is visit the Medical Practitioner, accept the prognosis and take medicines as the answer to the problem.

I am of a totally different view on these matters and I thank God for giving me knowledge and granting me his grace and mercy to stay well

I never accept a prognosis as final as it is not God's word and will for me. Let us believe God for healing

God is a healing God so if I feel unwell - he is my first source. I am not saying never go to a Doctor (God can use Doctors too) but God  is known as Jehovah Rapha - Our Healer. Let's run to him first in everything.

Listen to him carefully and he will give you strategy. He can send his word to heal us, he may tell us do a fast (as this resets the body) or he may even tell us repent.

This may sound controversial but do you know that what happens in our heart and soul overflows to our physical body and mental state.

Proverbs 17:22

Nkjv

A merry heart [a]does good, like medicine,

But a broken spirit dries the bones.

Here is the amplified translation

A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing,

But a broken spirit dries up the bones

One more translation from The Complete Jewish Bible

A happy heart is good medicine,

    but low spirits sap one’s strength

I am sure you got the picture now.

There are Spiritual roots to many (not all) diseases and  many times in the word forgiveness is tied in with healing.

James 5:15-16 says, “The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another and pray for one another that you may be healed.”

Matthew 9:1-7, they brought to Jesus a man sick with palsy—paralyzed, lying on a bed. And what’s the first thing Jesus says to him? “Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you.”

The religious leaders were offended. “Who can forgive sins but God?” But Jesus didn’t back down. He said, “Which is easier to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven’ or ‘Rise and walk’?” And then He healed the man.

Dr Henry Wright who is based in the United States, has a 95percent turn around of cases for healing from his Ministry. I read his book

I just want to share too that medicines only relieve symptoms. GOD HEALS and he has given us specific strategies for healing and "medicine" in his word and natural "remedies" though herbs and "foods"

The Hebrew word for health used there is Marpay. The proper translation for this word is medicine, curative, remedy.

The 37 trillion cells in your body will respond to what you believe and confess. They respond to TRUTH and truth is established by God’s word.

I can testify of the power of God and his word to heal in my own life and many others that have been prayed for.

There are over 100 verses in the bible about Healing. It means God intends for you to walk in healing. Claim your promise today and begin to confess it in Jesus name
